PDR is a specialized craft where we meticulously massage dented metal back to its original shape from behind the panel. It is the preferred method for hail and door dings because it requires no sanding, body filler, or repainting. You keep your factory finish, your car’s resale value stays higher, and the repair is permanent.

We sure do. We work with all major insurance carriers (like State Farm, Geico, Progressive, and Allstate) every single day. We handle the entire claims process for you—from the initial inspection to negotiating the final estimate—so you don’t have to spend hours on the phone with an adjuster.

In Texas, hail damage is covered under your “comprehensive” policy as a no-fault claim. Since you can’t control the weather, insurance companies typically do not raise your premiums for hail claims. It’s exactly what you pay that monthly premium for, so don’t be afraid to use it!

One of the best parts of PDR is the speed. While a traditional body shop might keep your car for two or three weeks for paint and bodywork, most of our PDR repairs are completed in just 3 to 5 business days. We know you need your ride back, so we focus on getting you back on the road fast.

You’d be surprised what we can do! While we are the “Hail Kings,” we can also fix large, complex dents as long as the paint isn’t severely cracked and the metal isn’t stretched too thin. If the damage is too much for PDR, we’ll be honest with you and can easily transition the repair to our sister company, Collision Craftsman, for full-service bodywork.
